IS (International studies:
Working with partner schools in U.S. This is an independent study programme.
Each student in SIS has a buddy from an American school who work together on
monthly assignment and post it on a platform called ‘schoology’, similar to ‘facebook’.
The work is graded and by the end of the programme they are recognised by a
certificate. It may lead to a exchange programme in future. It promotes cross

compassion. [Partnership with Minnetonka high school, Minnesota, U.S.]
